RICE and get back on your grind!
I am very happy to say that after almost 2 months of being out of commission i am finally back on my grind n killin it!!!!
After fighting for a few years and playing sports pretty much my whole life i have realized not a lot of ppl that train really know about RICE and how big it is for determining your recovery time for most injuries.
This vid was passed on to me by my boi Ben Stark a lil while back and i would like to share it with u guys! ^_^
