Simple Pleasures…Watch ‘em BLEED!

Man, I love watching noobs spar…

Just the other day in fact, I was doing a ‘sparring day’ at my gym Phoenix Muay Thai, here in Cape town… and I can honestly say, there is nothing more entertaining than grabbing two ‘testo’d up’ 100+kg who have been training for 2 months, giving ‘em 16′s, shin pads and head gear; then just sittin’ back and watch em go at it…

…Bloody.

Its brilliant, the look on their face when they realise that getting punched actually hurts…. lol … then the inevitable “standing foetal position” once one has gassed and the other decides it’s a nice way to spend your Saturday morning; beating seven shades of shit out of your almost puking friend…the friend that you talked into starting muay thai… classic.

I have said it before and I will say it again… watching people beat each other up, is awsome. Simple pleasures…
