today training..

hard morning training in Thai boxing and 2.5 hours of exercise but I feel I’m getting better every passing day, but a bit hard not to dubbel-leg them when things go wrong in sparring!
2 hours until the wrestling tonight with JJ Ambrose Court classes are only 1 hour but I get why the wrestlers have super cardio!
