todays training starting with muaythai in the morning, not that am very good at it but i burn alot of weight doing it haha and i need it lol!
i start looking myself in the mirror more then ever, i mean when did i have a sexpack last time haha, but 2 weeks left then its gone! i cant understand how some people can be in fight shape all year around!
afternoon class did grappling and condition!
