First training session of the year
Have been on the lazyside ever since holidays came. Have felt my cardio is getting worse day by day so went to the gym the other day. So i thought to see were im at to do the crossfit exersice again

last time: 17:30 min
new time: 16:18 min
it’s still slow but im happy i managed to lower my time.
