After years of contact sports my spine has gotten to the point that it looks like a track on Gran Turismo making a bunch of twists and turns!!! So for the first time ever i get worked on by sponsor Dr. Kell @Phuket-Chiropractic....

About a month a ago now i was having back to back fights every week doing 3 in a row(cus thats how we do in thailand! G STATUS DONT BE HATIN) I had taken a knee to the sternum while throwing the infamous right hand, Songkram which knocked the wind outta me and almost passed out in the ring....

As many of you guys know i have been struggling with a gag reflex problem for the last 6 months or so. I noticed that this started happening in fights after i had lost my old double mouthguard that i had for about 3 years. So picked up a crappy single which i didnt mind... until getting rocked...

Sorry all that tune in to the blog or watch the vids. I had a few set backs like a super bad  2nd degree burn on my arm so i was out of the loop n just didnt do much other then sleep n eat since i wasnt able to train or do much of anything because out here in thailand u really need to worry about...

So one of our training partners, Brian Ebersole just had his 2nd fight for the UFC and he has had a great start under the promotion  now 2-0 for em. Brian put in WORK  with some sick elbows from the guard and said GOOOOOD NIIIIGHT to Dennis Hallman! GG...

So when ever we get some free time me and a few other team members like to play some XBOX 360 games like SoulCalibur, Call Of Duty and Gears of War. Me and Dorian have been having some epic battles in SoulCalibur and he has gotten some wins that have just scarred me for life because he is a total...
